JS legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with friendly Boutique firm of solicitors based in Brentwood. Our client are a highly regarded legal firm providing a first class service to people and businesses throughout Essex, Greater London, the SouthEast and East Anglia.

If you’re a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with a passion for providing outstanding service to clients and want to enjoy a good work/life balance this position may appeal to you. You will be working within a team of three with secretarialsupport.

The role
- Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision
- Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
- Drafting new leases
- Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
- Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
- Processing adverse possession claims
- Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants, Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
- Analysis Title and Highway plans

Experience Required
- Applications from qualified solicitors, Legal Executives or Conveyancers 1 yr. PQE Plus who want to thrive in a supportive and open door office are welcome. Those that fall outside this bracket will also be considered
