Specialist Cleaner

EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANER

**The required client will live within close proximity to Sussex and be willing to travel**

Rigford, a construction and property services company based in London and the South East are recruiting for a full time experienced cleaner to attend voids/empty properties to cover Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

CLEANS CAN BE ANYTHING FROM BASIC DEEP PROPERTY CLEANS TO MORE IN DEPTH CLEANS SUCH AS REMOVAL OF SHARPS (NEEDLES), ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANS AND CRIME SCENE/TRAUMA CLEAR UPS. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE EXTREMELY DESIRABLE

You must of completed other forms of cleaning qualifications such as **Decontamination and Biohazard Cleaning.**

Organisational and communication skills are essential.

- Driving License
- Cleaning experience
- Physically fit

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
