**_Farm Labourers required for immediate starts, Kirton, Newark NG22._**

The working hours are Monday to Friday 07.00am - 16:00pm (40 hours paid at £10, 5 hours paid at £11.50), you will also be asked to be flexible and work rotational weekends for a few hours in the morning.

The farm thrives on teamwork and has a good family feel.

The role involves:

- To provide general maintenance and labouring support across all farm sites, including preparing and building new accommodation for livestock
- Controlling grass growth where necessary, operating handheld strimming machines and tractor mounted toppers
- Driving tractors and off-road forklifts to move equipment on site and between farms
- Delivering supplies of larger equipment to the farm sites
- Erecting standard and electric fencing
- Comfortable with outdoor work in all weathers and happy to work in a physical role
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong practical skill-set
- Able to prioritise and complete tasks fully and timely
- Good communication skills

UK driving licenses and forklift licenses are desirable.

No experience necessary but experience of physical, outdoor work could be beneficial.
