Inside Contracts is a North East based interior design, Contract & Commercial flooring specialist, specialising in transforming commercial spaces and creating luxury residential projects.

**Day to day activities: -**

EN: Able Futures are looking for driven, motivated individuals who want to join a growing warehouse team at Inside Contracting in Prudhoe.

You will be working towards a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months with full on the job training. Every day will create new challenges, we are looking for someone who can deliver a high-quality service to customers.

You will be working alongside an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager who will deliver the training alongside regular online lessons from the training provider, Smart Training. Warehouse experience is not essential, we are looking for an individual looking to kickstart their career at a very successful organisation, with a view to staying on at the end of their apprenticeship.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Picking & Packing
- Quality Control
- Loading & Unloading, some heavy lifting may be included
- Labelling and preparing orders
- Maintaining housekeeping standards within the working area
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements and company policies
- Some days you may work outside of the warehouse supporting other teams on deliveries

**Essential or Desirable Qualities: -**
- Have effective communication skills
- Be reliable
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Have good attention to detail
- Have a keen and enthusiastic manner
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Have a detailed and methodical approach to work

**The apprentice will be working towards;**
- Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative (English and Maths Functional Skills may also be required dependent on the apprentices current qualification).
- Duration of 12 months plus 3 months for end point assessment

**Hours and Salary**
- £209.40 per week this is made up of National Apprentice Wage and a weekly travel contribution.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
