We're going through an extended period of growth, investing hugely into our Technology, Product & Machine Learning teams to ensure we're market leaders in the early talent space. We're looking for a Talent Partner (initially on a freelance basis, with the potential to go permanent) to lead on all technical recruitment as we scale.

You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Technology hires, partnering with our Tech leaders to ensure we can effectively hire the very best Engineers, Product Specialists, Designers & Data Scientists. You'll have the opportunity to get stuck into optimising our process, thinking strategically about innovative sourcing and attraction methods and building Bright Network's employer brand.

Specifically, you will:

- Be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for all Technical roles.
- Coach the team to improve interviewing, assessment and selection competence and educating the wider business.

**Does this sound like you?**
- You have a track record successfully recruiting for technical roles - ideally across Engineering, Machine Learning & Product (either agency or internal).
- You're confident using a range of sourcing methods (including LinkedIn Recruiter) to effectively build pipelines of strong talent.
- You care about finding the very best talent out there, not just filling vacancies.
- You thrive under pressure and are comfortable managing a busy workload.
- Experience using Greenhouse would be beneficial, but not essential.
- You're keen to join a mission-driven scale-up and grow as a Talent professional and feel passionately about Bright Network's mission to drive social mobility, diversity & inclusion within the early careers space.
