**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a CPD Co-ordinator for Deaf Education to join our team.

The role is to organise Career-Long Professional Learning (CLPL) for teachers of deaf children and other deaf education practitioners from across Scotland. Training events can be one day or longer courses, based at the SSC or at other venues throughout Scotland.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Good planning, organising and communication skills both face to face and in writing to co-ordinate CLPL opportunities for teachers, classroom assistants and others involved in the education of deaf children and young people.
- Sourcing high quality practitioners to deliver appropriate training to address current issues in deaf education.
- Be a qualified Teacher of deaf children
- Present a high level of credibility amongst practitioners
