**CRO Specialist / UX/CRO Designer / Digital Journey Designer / Digital Designer / UX/CRO Manager**

We’re looking for a UX Designer / CRO specialist who has a flare for CRO / Optimisation to improve the performance and potential of our clients online journeys, they’re at the start of a website transformation programme, rebuilding many of their digital platforms from scratch, where their customer experience and commercial goals are underpinned by the need to be able to measure and rapidly improve our digital journeys.

You’ll be joining a tight and well-supported Marketing team, and you’ll work alongside a Digital Marketing Manager (who ensures they have relevant traffic, efficient media, and high-quality persuasive content), their creative and digital agencies (who look after media buying, analytics, design and development) and also our internal tech and data teams.

**So a bit more about the role, team and what you’ll be doing**:

- You will be responsible for the experience and performance of our most important digital customer journeys, starting with how customers buy and get connected to our network
- You will identify and prioritise opportunities to improve those journeys, using best practice and your own analysis or research to guide you, and you’ll design and deliver those changes
- You’ll be comfortable deciding when to test and experiment, and when to implement at pace and fail fast
- As the main owner of our online journeys, you’ll obsess about finding and improving the metrics that best demonstrate customer and commercial success (from sales conversion to customer effort) and you’ll be comfortable sharing any insight so that whole team can benefit
- You’ll work with colleagues who also have requirements around those journeys (for example changes to product rules, industry regulations, or new proposition/promotion ideas) and you’ll prioritise their needs alongside your own objectives, shaping and delivering the online execution and maintaining the performance of your journeys

**About you**
- We’re not a massive organisation, so we’re full of collaborative people who will muck in and help you achieve your goals: You’ll need to get to know and build relationships with the whole marketing team, and also the teams planning and building our network and technology, creating and selling our products, and providing help and support to our customers.
- You’ll work closely with our digital agencies but you’ll also need to be hands-on with designing journeys and wireframes yourself
- You’re likely to have a background in optimisation or user-experience, and the desire to broaden your skillset and try new things
- You’ll need to be comfortable in assessing the value and risk of journey changes, to aid prioritisation and the appropriate testing approach
- You’ll be familiar with A/B Testing platforms e.g. Google Optimize, Maxymiser, Optimizely or similar, and a hands-on user of experience of analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics
