This role is to support the technical kit required for large scale installations. You will be based within a warehouse environment receipting and processing technical kit for large projects. We do require a good level of numeracy and administration skillscoupled with stock management and manual handling. Main duties:

- Goods receipting and checking materials on receipt for damage
- Maintain good warehouse procedures, ensuring all products are clearly labelled and stored appropriately.
- Work closely with the Project Team and Procurement to ensure all customer materials are available in line with required by dates.
- Liaise with Supplier for expected lead time and orders not received
- National and International shipping.
- Book products in and out of the warehouse
- Quarterly stock takes of all stock and company assets
- Assist engineers with loading and be available for onsite support if required
- Ensure waste materials are disposed of in line with company procedures
- Provide utility meter readings
- Carry out weekly, monthly, and annual fire safety checks on all company sites
- Arrange servicing of the following on all company sites:
- Boiler
- Intruder Alarm
- Access Control
- Air conditioning
- Fire Alarm, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
- Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience.
- Good Microsoft Skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Develop good and effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Excellent attendance and time keeping record
- Attention to detail
- Ability to achieve results
- Ability to take a proactive approach and problem solve
- Manage, prioritise, and work to deadlines
