Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for events, including sound, lighting, staging, trussing, and AV equipment.
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles, and ensuring that all equipment is set up correctly and safely.
- Liaising with clients, venue staff, and event planners to ensure that all equipment is delivered and set up on time, and to the highest standards.
- Troubleshooting any equipment issues that arise during an event, and providing support to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
- Maintaining equipment inventory and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues to management.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, and ensuring that all equipment is packed up and returned to the warehouse after the event.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a similar role in the events industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of sound, lighting, staging, and AV equipment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, venue staff, and event planners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving license is highly desirable, as for some events, the role will require driving to events across the UK.
