We are looking to hire a trainer that has a real passion for high quality education and wants to make an impact on people’s lives. We are looking for someone who can take the lead on delivering Construction qualifications, giving our customers the knowledge, skills and certificates required to access and gain employment opportunities within this sector whilst also educating people on the new arising roles within the industry around green skills.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- To deliver outstanding quality learning to young people and adults
- To deliver both accredited and non-accredited courses to standard.
- Maintain a high-quality professional service, ensuring all work promotes the Group brand, aims and objectives.
- To fully understand and meet compliance requirements in accordance with each contract’s requirements.
- To contribute to course development, design and implementation to produce high quality learning materials.
- Positive communication with RE:geon’s team learners and business needs are met
- To always set an excellent example of customer care to all.
- To consistently keep up to date with industry standards and upskill where necessary through additional training / CPD opportunities.
- Attend and participate in regular standardisation meetings.
- Meet and review monthly KPIs relating to the delivery department.
- To take an active role in managing risk, health and safety and safeguarding issues.

**Essential Skills**
- Hold both a teaching and an assessor’s qualification.
- A real passion for high quality education and learning effectiveness.
- Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety within a Construction environment. (Hold L1 or above qualification)
- Knowledge and understanding of curriculum delivery requirements that can be supported by face-to-face, blended and distance learning.
- A good understanding & previous experience of teaching or working in the construction industry.
- Excellent digital competency skills, written, verbal and presentation skills.
- To understand or have experience in the invigilation of internal exams under awarding bodies regulations.

**Desirable Skills/qualification**
- Hold an IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) qualification.
- A good understanding & previous experience of teaching or working in the retrofit and renewable sector. e.g. PV solar Panel, EWI, IWI Cold roof.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
