Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their early development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns
- Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children to thrive in
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and toileting
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting their progress
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a cohesive team environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are desirable

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
