Duties:

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare invoices and send to Tenants and customers
- Dealing with VAT
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Dealing Tenants contracts and other importants documents and filing them

- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
- Familiarity with property office procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
