**Main Tasks of Role**:
- Works with teams internally to generate accurate quotes and estimates.
- Researching the cost of items such as parts and labour.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with supplies and customers.
- Using internal systems to generate consistent quotes to agreed margins.
- Liaising with Buyers & Production Team to ensure the necessary parts and expertise are available to facilitate any quoted work.
- Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done to a quality and professional standard.
- Ensuring all quoting and estimating is accurate and recorded in the appropriate Company data bases.
- Responds to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Adheres to all Company standard operating procedures.
- Adheres to all health and safety procedures.
- Meets customer service standards.
- Ensures all administration and systems inputs meets agreed standards.
- Any other reasonable managerial request.
**Essential Skills**:
- Experience of quoting and estimating.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Negotiation skills.
Hours of work will be Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm with an early finish on a Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm.
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per hour
