Fusion Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Entry level Administrative Assistant** to join our client team. **Working Hours**
- **Monday to Friday from 8.30am -5.30pm, Friday early finish**_
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fast typing speed and accurate data entry skills
