**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Finance Officer looking for a new opportunity within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer for Service Charges to join our Nominal and Service Charges team.

On a day to day basis, you will work with the Service Charge team to respond to service requests within the scope of the role. You will produce accurate and timely reports on service charge income and expenditure. You will review and analyse data, ensuring that accurate and timely management reports are issued. You will report on the fixed and variable service charge schemes’ surplus and deficits.

You will work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues within other teams to deliver a seamless service in line with our “one team, one purpose” ethos whilst maintaining professional boundaries.

This role is being offered on a **full time**, **permanent** basis and can be based in our **Exeter** or **Weston-super-Mare** office.

To be considered for the role of Senior Finance Officer, you will have the Skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:

- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Knowledge of Housing Association Service Charges (D).
- Ability to be proactive in driving actions to conclusion.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, working flexibly to deliver role.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Studying towards AAT or qualified by experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
