**We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hard Services Team based in Westminster. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, a fantastic range of high street and online retail discounts, GP App and even more.**

**Location**: Old Admiralty Building, Westminster

**Contract**: Permanent - Full Time

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be working within the Hard Services Team, supporting them in overseeing and managing the PPM and reactive maintenance.

Your day to day will include:

- Oversee the daily operation of all ppm’s and reactive workorders
- Maintain the open workorder report to ensure all reactive workorders are actioned & closed within SLA and any mitigations & delay requests are escalated to the onsite admin/helpdesk.
- Maintain SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure compliance is achieved
- Provide a weekly feedback report on the updates of the operation to the hard services manager
- Carry out toolbox talks and update the training matrix for the team you are supervising.
- Prepare and assist with internal and external audits to ensure the building reaches the required compliance scores, actions are resolved with the required timeframe.
