Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support with the recruitment of the new Category C resettlement prison at HMP Fosse Way, with over 550 new jobs created in the Leicester area.

The recruitment will form a mixture of the volume hiring of Prison Officers and ‘business as usual’ hiring of staff who support the day-to-day operations of the prison. These campaigns will prepare the prison for its opening in mid-2023.

**As part of this you’ll**:

- Work closely with the Campaign Lead to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate
- Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships
- Take a proactive approach to visiting HMP Fosse Way, job fairs and assessment centres, becoming a visible point of contact
- Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives

**What you’ll need to do the role**:

- Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to deliver to tight timescales in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems
- Ability to travel to contract sites, job fairs and assessment centres
