This role is a full-time position in the NHS in a Wickford, Essex, inpatient service; it offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in Forensic Psychiatry to work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose and oversee the mental health of patients in your care. The post holder will be working on a female ward and will therefore need general ward experience.

**Position**: Consultant in Forensic Psychiatry

**Hours**: This position is a full-time role of 40 hours per week

**Setting**: inpatient

**Location**:Wickford, Essex

**Dates**:This position is available for an initial one month.

- You must have a full GMC licence to practice
- Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
- Section 12 approval is essential
- Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
