GPS is a key growth area within our Outsourcing function; a global line of business whose revenue is primarily driven by providing outsourced administration services to occupational pension funds working with some of the world’s leading organisations.
The location for the role is flexible, with travel requirements driven by client requirements.
**The Role**:

- You will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering exceptional trustee secretarial, governance and pensions outsourcing services.Our services are tailored to meet the needs of each client and you must therefore be agile and flexiblein your approach to client management.
- You will have responsibility for agreeing and managing client budgets, providing clients with the help and support they need to meet their challenges, identifying ways to improve our support, using your own judgement and experience to select the best solutionfor the client.
- Contributing to governance thought leadership and providing strategic input into the development of clients’ governance frameworks, with the backdrop of the new single Code.
- You will work as part of the GPS and wider WTW teams, quickly building trusting relationships internally and externally with clients and advisers.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways in which the delivery of client support can improved and taking appropriate action.
- Managing client commercials to ensure client profitability, time recorded appropriately, billing is completed on time across your own portfolio of clients and to identify opportunities for fee growth.
- Participating in new business activities.
- Depending upon experience, managing or overseeing the preparation of case summaries for member cases for trustee discretion and complaints/IDRPs.
- You will be a thought leader and share lessons learnt and growth opportunities with the team. Thinking outside the box you will embrace new challenges ad encourage others to work outside their comfort zone by taking on new assignments.

**The Requirements**:

- In depth knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements for DB and DC pension schemes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence with confidence and clarity at all levels.
- Good commercial acumen and awareness.
- A strong drive for excellence and quality execution.
- Demonstrable intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and a willingness to embrace change.
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to effectively prioritise work, working to tight deadlines without diluting the quality of work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Post graduate professional qualification, part-qualified (and working towards completion of) or hold a recognised professional pensions qualification.
