- Role profile.docx- L&Q is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the Trust’s Disrepair Team to work closely alongside the existing Disrepair Surveyors and other coordinators. You will be a key member of the team helping to manage the Trust’s Disrepair caseload.- You will assist in the management of disrepair cases, acting as the liaison between the Disrepair Surveyors and the Trust’s legal representatives. The work will be varied and will include coordinating works with the appropriate contractors, tracking progress and ensuring they are concluded in a timely manner.- You will be responsible for ensuring good communication and excellent record keeping. You must possess excellent administration skills and the ability to organise, plan, report and prioritise effectively.- Basic knowledge of the Disrepair Protocol and an understanding of maintenance within social housing would be desirable but not essential as upskilling will be provided. You should be able to communicate with a range of internal departments and external contractors and assist the Disrepair team in the day-to-day management of the disrepair cases.-
- o Strong administration and organisational skills- o Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative- o The ability to quickly understand a range of IT systems- o Excellent customer focus, communication and customer service skills- o Ability to communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders- o Ability to use the full suite of MS Office packages.-
