Technical Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the technical design process, working closely with our design team to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical design strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of external design vendors to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Proven experience in technical design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of building information modelling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
