**Job Description**:

- ** Job Title**: Technical Sales Administrator
- ** Job Type**: Permanent
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
- ** Salary**:£24,000 - £28,000 per annum
- ** Job Location**:Oldbury

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide 1st line technical and administrative support to business development manager in relation to medical device sales leads and opportunities.
- To work closely with the business development manager, Administration team & Technical teams to ensure a smooth transfer of information to enable the prompt issue of client proposals.
- Ensure clients enquiries and queries are responded to in a timely and courteous manner assisting with client meetings where required either face to face or via video conferencing / telephone.
- To monitor and efficiently manage queries relating to technical approvals in accordance with local performance indicators and SLA’s.

**Qualifications**:
**In addition to the above you’ll also need to demonstrate the following**:

- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to organise and plan own work load
- Previous relevant administration experience including data entry
- Proficiency in using MS Office packages including Outlook & Excel
- Experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheets/ databases in a working capacity
- Experience dealing with clients in a B2B setting would advantageous
- Proven working experience of Medical Device regulation, standards and auditing practices would be desirable
