Oldbury, United Kingdom Latham's Security Doorsets Ltd Full time

The role will support the day-to-day running of the accounts department and will involve (but not be limited to) the following tasks:

- Data entry - posting sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank/merchant transactions
- Credit control
- Scanning and digitally filing documents
- Liaising with suppliers - requesting statements or invoices, resolving disputes
- Notifying sales department of any customer receipts
- Assisting with monthly payroll
- Maintaining petty cash
- Other ad hoc admin duties
- Answering the phone

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous accounts administration / bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent IT skills
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Good literacy and numerical skills
- Full comprehension of Microsoft office, with a focus on Excel
- Great attention to detail
- A positive 'can-do' attitude to work
- Strong organisation skills - ability to prioritise workload accordingly
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Desired skills and qualities**:

- Previous experience processing the payroll
