What does the role involve?

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you'll be working closely with our customer-facing customer service and operations teams. You'll be responsible for engaging delivery of key programmes including our industry-leading EV Academy and Customer First programmes, ensuring learners have everything they need to deliver phenomenal customer experiences. You'll be responsible for supporting learners at our Newbury and Trowbridge locations

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Participate in and contribute to operational training delivery, both on a one to one and small group basis
- Delivery of key learning programmes and initiatives from initial induction to the development of specific product, service, and systems knowledge
- Providing tools for people leaders to assist them to effectively supporting coaching in operational areas.
- Ensuring support is provided to managers and team leaders to ensure that new starters to the business are inducted in a timely manner

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about the impact good learning programmes can have on colleague confidence, competence, and experiences. You enjoy delivery but know that's only one part of a trainer's role, and you're equally at home designing and planning sessions for optimal outcomes.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Able to design and deliver engaging learning sessions that support desired business outcomes
- You are capable of using data to measure the efficacy of interventions and identify ways to improve
- You have strong organisational skills
- You're a real team player
