**EYFS Teaching Assistant-Term time Only**

‘Outstanding’ pre-preparatory school looking to appoint a Level 3 in EYFS. This position is to start in September on a permanent basis.

The school is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support pupils in the Early Years setting who require general classroom support.

To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record of working with children in an Early Years setting, including knowledge of Phonics and the EYFS Programme; have strong interpersonal skills; be able to engage pupils and differentiate work according to academic levels and a clear understanding of phonics.

To join us and be successful in this Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

- Have a Level 3 in EYFS or a Early Years Degree or EYTS
- Provide a CV with employment/education history included. Employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK

This role will include:

- Assisting the Class Teacher with classroom management
- Taking responsibility for the safeguarding of the young people in your care
- Supporting the school team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn

This is a Term time only role and you will be working in a friendly, supportive team
that provides ongoing professional development and promotion opportunities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,368.64 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hampstead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
