About the Applications Team Leader role
Innovation in IT is central to our continued success, and you will ensure that our housing (Civica CX), financial management (Open Accounts), document management (Documotive) and asset management (Keystone) systems plus our customer portal and app (PanConnect) remain at the cutting edge. Working closely with the Head of IT & Digital, you will oversee all our software and champion digital inclusion for customers and colleagues alike. To make this happen, you will continuously review user needs whilst evaluating technology developments and will make detailed recommendations to deliver a far-reaching IT roadmap. What’s more, you will take ownership of key projects and suppliers, so you can expect an extremely high profile and considerable impact on our future development.
About you
Experienced in building IT capacity and enhancing user engagement, you should be skilled in managing IT and digital programmes and delivering customer-driven services. A background in a housing environment would be very useful, as would relevant software accreditations, but it’s your ability to champion positive change and get the most from systems, staff and suppliers that will matter most. Finally, it’s vital that you bring a highly analytical mindset and proven ability to assess data to reach clear, considered and visionary conclusions.
