The Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) runs a competency-based licensing scheme for those working in safety-critical roles in the rail sector.

We are looking for a proactive and competent administrator who can join our small friendly Licensing department supporting them with all aspects of running the licensing scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating the Licensing Scheme Committee meetings, including calling notices, preparation of papers, and minute taking
- CRM record keeping and producing reports

**Skills / Experience**
- Sound organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent written skill and, confident communicator
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience within a membership organisation would be desirable

**Our Package**
- Flexible hybrid working - currently working from home with a minimum one day per week in the Central London office,
- Working Monday to Friday, full time or part-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week over five days) with some flexibility around start and finish times
- 25 days holiday entitlement, which increases with service

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
