Wellspring is a growing community of 29 Primary, Secondary, Special and Alternative Provision Academies across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We believe in making a real difference by improving the lives and life chances of every young person in our care.

Due to our continuing growth and success, we are seeking an exceptional finance professional to join our Central Finance Team based in our Eastern Hub in Cleethorpes who shares our vision and values and who will contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the schools within the Trust

The role will involve working with Principals, their staff, Governing Bodies, Wellspring colleagues and other key stakeholders in a number of our academies providing direct financial guidance, advice and support.

We are interested in hearing from people who:

- Have a strong professional background in finance.
- Have an understanding of the importance of financial systems and processes.
- Are self-motivated, customer focused and organised.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and balance a variety of stakeholder requests and aspirations.
- Have a commitment to supporting the work of education leaders to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

Financial qualifications and relevant experience within the education sector is essential as is the ability to multi-task and work flexibly within a team environment. The ability to effectively manage their own workload and delivering against agreed objectives and targets is essential.

£39,995 to £50,872 dependant on qualifications and experience

An Enhanced DBS is required for this post. References and an online check will be taken up prior to interview.
