We have an exciting role available in our lettings team, within a well-established, hugely successful property business.

**Who we are**:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-motivated team member who knows there is more to letting properties than sales; someone who has an eye for making a property 'ping', can renovate empty properties to a high standard to create a comfortable and homely standard, as well as match our customers to our availability.
- Has excellent sales skills, and experience in seeking and retaining business
- Has a good knowledge of project management and/or property renovation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is self-motivated and very organised
- Is imaginative and creative

**What you will be doing**:

- Chasing up leads and generating new business
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Closing sales
- Ensuring correct presentation of properties
- Renovating properties between tenancies, including making ameliorations, liaising with contractors and

Experience of letting properties is desirable, but any sales experience would be an advantage to you in this role.

This role will include working at the properties in our portfolio, so a full driving licence and full-time access to a reliable car is essential (expenses paid).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
