**Who we are**:
**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced team member who knows what needs to be done to provide an excellent quality home or commercial premises for our prospective tenants; someone who has an eye for making a property 'ping', can organise refurbishment of empty properties to a high standard to create a comfortable and homely environment, and can match our customers to our availability through a sales process.
- Has at least two years’ experience as a lettings negotiator or property manager (essential)
- Has excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Has knowledge of project management and/or property renovation
- Develops and maintains good communication with our contractors and tradespeople
- Is self-motivated, and also able to motivate and coach others within the team
- Is imaginative and creative
- Is IT literate

**What you will be doing**:

- Marketing properties by generating effective advertisements, images and floor plans, and uploading them to property portals
- Chasing up leads and generating new business
- Arranging and conducting viewings in a professional manner, and closing sales
- Working both ‘in the field’ and from an office environment; supporting your team, driving your performance and reducing delays in delivery of void properties
- Working closely with contractors in-between tenancies to ensure works to prepare and improve properties for re-letting are done to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Using your experience and knowledge of housing maintenance, repair specifications, diagnosing defects and remedial works to inform your decisions about inter-tenancy works
