**Head Sommelier - LAVO London**

**In search for an experienced, passionate and talented Head Sommelier to join our dedicated Wine Team at at our brand new opening LAVO**

**The ideal Deputy Head Sommelier has**:

- Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment
- A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience
- Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to successfully train and mentor the Sommelier team
- A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred
- Previous experience with ordering and stock rotation
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
