Fire Warden

We need staff to act as Fire Wardens in London.

Fire Warden experience is preferred, training will be provided. Immediate start available.

Shifts are 12 hours, working Night/Day shifts including weekdays and weekends, patrols will be a necessary requirement.

4-5 shifts a week.

Temporary position which is expected to last 3 months. Possible extension.

Patrols take 15-20 minutes, and the time between patrols is strictly 15 minutes. Patrols are logged using a device and tag system.

One hour break allowance per shift

**Duties**

To undertake a fire watch patrol to internal floors. To move between landings providing frequent short patrols. To report to the supervisor any issues of concern. Providing a Waking Watch service for the safety of residents in a domestic block of flats. This means constant patrolling of the building looking for signs of fire.

**Qualifications and Skills**

No qualification or special skills required. However must have common sense, and good communication skills.

SIA licence not required but would be preferential.
