As a Rooms Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will act as a point of contact for Reception and Guest Services, and coordinate closely with the Reservations, Housekeeping and In Room Dining departments. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities throughout the day in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for guest service, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the Reception and Guest Service teams here at Estelle Manor.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Previous front office experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- Concierge experience with wide knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills.
