Mobile Design Centres provide an incredible opportunity for us to deliver a fantastic service to even more customers.
We have Mobile Field Sales Designer roles available in the Fort William area and are looking for self-motivated, consistent high achievers.
You'll receive a basic salary of £21,840, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000
Must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality
- Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
- Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
- Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
- Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren
- Actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
- Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
