We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person who is confident in verbal and written communications and has a high level of ICT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be working in a busy team providing valuable administrative support to the Children Safeguarding Partnership Board, attending meetings/taking minutes, coordinating action plans, creating and circulating key documents and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including both internal and external customers. The role also encompasses providing administration to the CDOP (Child Death Overview Panel) and The Virtual College.

You will be required to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and have experience of working in a busy office environment with a good understanding of office processes and procedures.

Business Services provide administrative support to many areas across Children and Young Peoples Services including, Social Care, Early Help, Children Centres, Education and Inclusion. Although the majority of work is not front facing, it is interesting, varied and you will play a key role in making a difference to children and families.
