**Self-shooting Presenter**

GINX operates the world's largest esports tv channel (25+ million homes) as well as ginx.tv, the fast-growing online esports platform. We also produce content for 3rd-parties.

As our in-house presenter, youll be part of a bustling team responsible for all of our video content. The primary responsibility of this role will be to script and host a daily news show on our channel, but it will expand to include other production, voiceover and presenting tasks based on the content were producing at the time. Were looking for someone who possesses a broad range of skills within production and postproduction, and is keen to get their hands dirty in any part of the process. A keen interest in video games and/or esports is a must

**Responsibilities**
- Script and host GINX productions, working across all our in-house material. This includes live and pre-recorded content for broadcast, online and socials
- Source and interview guests for our programming
- Assist production/produce VTs, features and segments as required by our shows
- Aid with the ideation and creation of new content and formats

**Skills**
- Scripting content for shoots with and without autocue
- Presenting news material in a likeable and fun way
- Sourcing and interviewing relevant guests
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC software, particularly Premier Pro
- Microsoft Word/Excel
- Communication and people skills are vital
- The ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Time management
- Remaining calm under pressure
- Proactivity and a positive influence on the rest of the team

**Desirable**
- Experience with operating cameras
- Motion graphics experience
- Voiceover scriptwriting experience
- Familiarity with production documentation (running orders, call sheets, health and safety forms etc.)
- Lighting set up skills/experience
- Familiarity with Vmix and/or OBS
- A calm and reassuring manner when working with guests and clients
- A willingness to have fun and play games with your colleagues (We also politely request that you not be _too _good, so that its still fun for the rest of us...)

**The GINX Office**

Our standard office hours are 9.30-18.00 Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend/evening shoots are to be expected, as well as potentially some international travel. A willingness to be flexible when the work demands it is key. Since this role will be hosting studio-based shows, you will be based at our offices/studios near Kings Cross five days a week.

You will report directly to the Head of Production, and assist in ad hoc responsibilities when required. Were a group of team players, and so a willingness to get stuck in and share responsibilities is essential.
