**Objective**

**About the role**
- Working with the Marketing and Client teams to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard.
- Liaising with the New Business team and senior management to create on-client-brand New Business presentations for Mindshare.
- Supporting all pitch meetings to create collateral that communicates our thinking and agency capabilities in the best possible way.
- Work with suppliers, inc. printers, and video production companies, from briefing to production.
- Creating images, charts, and infographics that effectively communicate key messages and can be incorporated into presentations.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to design and create marketing collateral, including events, social media, and reports. This will also include the creation of short-form video content.
- Assist with developing brand positioning and style guides and produce creative which maintains these standards.
- Organise and lead photo and video shoots, often with external photographers and videographers.
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc design support.
- Demonstrate critical and logical thinking, including problem-solving and ideation.

**About you**
- We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and willing to muck in at short notice and against tight deadlines. We are a small, friendly team that supports each other on key outputs across the year and are looking for someone who is an effective communicator and collaborator. This can be a fast-paced environment; we need someone with experience working across different design formats. The role will allow you to grow your understanding of media and advertising and is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in multi-format design.
