**Responsibilities**:

- Driving and managing your team to achieve the department’s sales
- Hold weekly team meetings
- Provide fast turnaround of quotations for the reps and all customers
- To improve the stock profile and stock turn of all items
- Monthly sales promotions
- Staff training on new products
- Controlling stock orders inline with customer demand
- Responsible for all stock and price lists
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
