**What will you do?**

You will provide administrative and organisational support to all areas of the business helping to ensure our services run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the office.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Attending & taking minutes of internal and external meetings.
- Invoicing, processing purchase orders and maintaining job schedules.
- Assist with data entry and management.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage phone calls and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working within engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Dropbox.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
