Do you have bid support experience, or are you commercially minded looking for a route into a bid management environment in the Reading area? Leaders in Care is helping a MedTech company recruit a Bid Associate. The role comes with a salary of up to £26,000pro rata. The role is a FTC due to last until January 2024.

As a Bid Associate, you will be responsible for the coordination, support and development of projects involving bids & proposals within Diagnostic Imaging (DI).

In your first few weeks in this Bid Associate role, you can expect to:

- Support Bid Managers in the production of technical, commercial, legal, and operational content for bids and quotes for new business and renewal contracts
- Interface with and provide support to the Business Development team such as Business Development Director, Sales Operations Manager, Account Managers, Bid Team and others for strategic projects, bid and tendering projects, Managed Equipment Service (MES)contracts and other associated services such as the implementation of new contracts
- Ensure quality system processes and procedures are followed.
- Knowledge of the MedTech or Medical industry (highly beneficial)
- Knowledge of bid strategy (highly beneficial)
- Commercial awareness & sales acumen
