**About The Role**

We are seeking a talented, experienced and ambitious Salesforce Practice Lead to lead our newly created Net Zero Cloud & Sustainability Practice.

As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for delivering project excellence and driving business growth related to Net Zero Cloud across industries. In addition, you will oversee and manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring their success in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Delivery Excellence:

- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects using Net Zero Cloud, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving complex issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lessons learned and best practices across projects.

2. Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to understand business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other Practice Leads, Business Development and Directors to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set performance goals and objectives for team members, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Coordinate resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team, organizing training and professional development initiatives as needed.

4. Business Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within the Net Zero & Sustainability sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with Business Development & Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting, with a focus on delivery of Net Zero Cloud projects.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions, in particular Net Zero Cloud. Experience and knowledge of the wider platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud) would be desirable.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
- A knowledge of Agile working practices, in particular Scrum
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and requirements within the sustainability sector is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to client locations.
