**The Role**
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do - we are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team based in March, Cambridgeshire, focusing on key aspects of Administration, Credit Control and After Sales Care.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Use of Navision (previous experience would be advantageous)
- Growth of sales, opportunities, and relationships
- Delivery scheduling
- Invoicing and credit control
- Responding to incoming calls including after sales care
- Maintain a high quality of work for our customers.
- Manage our customers’ delivery expectations confidently and efficiently.

This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing, enthusiastic person. A team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, who is able to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels.

- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
- A self-starter who is driven by individual and team results.
- Supporting the operational teams.

**What you bring to us**:

- Experience within the manufacturing and distribution industry would be fantastic but not essential for the right person.
- MS-Office skills
- Navision experience
