**Facilities Help Desk Coordinator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City for a Facilities Help Desk Coordinator.

**The Role**

Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions to be taken.

You will maintain and develop the CAFM system, ensuring the smooth running of the Quantum FM team by completing outstanding actions and giving feedback and ensure the delivery of a high standard of service to assist Quantum Care with the compliance.

**The post holder**
- May be required to undertake occasional evening duties as part of their normal working hours, where required in support of the Quantum Care Facility objectives.
- May be required to work at any other site as necessary as directed by line manager.
- Will be expected to undertake other responsibilities and tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Facilities Management.
- Will be responsible and accountable for ensuring all employment legislative requirements are adhered to including equality and diversity, and Health & Safety.
