Kiddycare Nurseries are looking for a dynamic, experienced, administer to support the nursery managers in delivering an outstanding service to our children and families.

Are you an experienced administrator, then these new roles within the Kiddycare Family will be perfect for you.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 20-30 hours per week

The role of the nursery administrator will be to support the nursery manager and the nursery team with all administrative business activities and to deal with families and visitors in an approachable professional manner, communicating effectively and clearly.
- An early years qualification and experience (preferred but not essential)
- high levels of customer care skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Hold experience in note taking and written minutes of meetings
- to be confident in social media platforms to keep the nursery information updated.
- To be flexible and adaptable around the needs of the business
- To travel to other nursery sites if and when required.
- To be able to deal with all activities of the business in a calm, sensitive and confidential manner in line with data protection.
- Must be willing to take part in training including safeguarding.
