**Job requirements**
- Answer phone calls using our calls system.
- Deal with all enquiries like referrers from Hospital Wards or Handyperson service enquiries.
- Manage the Revival mailbox with your colleagues in a timely manner.
- Raise cases on our case manager system.
- Be responsible for cases and adding costs and interventions where necessary.
- Be the first point of contact for our referrers.
- Support colleagues when needed, working with a team approach.
- Send out our customer satisfaction questionnaires.
- Manage the daily post (both incoming and outgoing).

**What we’re looking for**
- Someone with a general experience of admin.
- Experience of using ICT and case management systems.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Someone who is organised, able to plan their own time well and multi-task too.
- Someone who is confident, resilient, able to think on your own feet to problem solve and use your initiative to work independently.
- Someone who can use their own initiative and able to work independently.
- Life experience that allows you to show compassion to provide the very best support.
