As a Sanctuary Coordinator, you’ll work with internal and external teams to deliver services for people impacted by domestic abuse in Stoke on Trent. You’ll manage the referral, risk assessment and installation of security measures in the homes of domestic abuse victims.

**This role is 25 hours over five days to make sure we have a presence every weekday**

**Job requirements**
- Manage the provision of Sanctuary measures to customers, people impacted by domestic abuse.
- Work with the customer from the start to end of their journey, including referrals, processing on our case management system, risk assessments, safety and support plans, installation of security measures and closure of case.
- Work with internal and external teams to make sure all documents are completed and support is delivered to customers within agreed timescales.
- Produce monitoring information on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**What we’re looking for**
- Someone with general admin experience.
- Experience of working with vulnerable groups (such as victims of domestic abuse) or within social care, housing or maintenance is desirable.
- Great ICT and communication skills.
- Someone able to use their own initiative and work independently.
- Someone who is genuine, honest and empathetic to provide the very best support.
- You’ll need to be DBS checked.
- Have a driving licence with use of a car for work purposes, with business insurance.
