Marketing Executive

Our client is an exciting start-up brand where baked goods and low-carb living come together to create something truly special and oh-so delicious
We're looking for their first ever in-house Marketing Executive.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing their marketing strategies across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include content creation, social media management, product launches, event planning, brand collaborations, and supporting overall marketing and branding initiatives.
**You will**
- Create monthly content calendars for organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) aligned with weekly themes and messaging.
- Generate innovative ideas to keep the Facebook community engaged through competitions, updates, exclusive offers, and activities.
- Manage Shopify uploads for product launches and updates.
- Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) launch plans, including packaging and marketing strategies.
- Plan and participate in events where the products are exhibited or sold.
- Foster brand collaborations to expand the brand's reach and relevance in the market.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and voice across all channels and materials.
- Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with graphic design or PR teams to deliver cohesive brand content.
**You'll have**
- Previous Experience in D2C Marketing
- Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify
- A data driven mindset and a passion for using data to improve campaigns.
- Experience managing social media channels
- An eye for content creation
- The ability and drive to multitask and work in a small team
- A proactive personality, detail-oriented, and able to see tasks through to completion
**Salary**: up to £30,000
**Logistics**: Office based in Stanningley, Pudsey
25 days of annual leave + bank holiday
