**Finance Manager - Gainsborough - £42,000 - £50,000**
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with our client to recruit a determined, forward thinking Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a fast-paced, growing medium sized company who have seen some exciting growth over thelast 12 months and is expecting to continue to grow at a rapid rate.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be a commercially driven Finance Manager who can add significant value to the senior team and business. This is the ideal role for a dynamic, energetic, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast paced,ever-changing environment.

**Reporting into the Financial Controller,the Finance Manager Responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group
- Cashflow forecasting, cash availability & balance sheet reconciliations
- Forex management
- Foreign VAT/Intrastat/EU Sales - liaise with foreign agents to ensure timely submissions
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of stock valuations and standard costing
- Implement continuous improvement of the ERP system and establish more effective use of the software for the Finance team
- Provide ad hoc support to Finance, Sales and Operations teams
- Oversee management of company cars & foreign car leases
- Deputise for the Financial Controller when needed

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Part/Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
- A self-starter with previous experience in management accounts/ business partnering role
- Ability to manage own workload and use own initiative
- Detailed knowledge of ERP Systems would be advantageous and a passion for continuous improvement
- Previous multi-currency experience
- Excellent communication skills - confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- A fast learner with ability to adapt to changing business requirements, processes and environments
