**What is the overall job?**
We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join our Multiplex Services team at Peterborough City Hospital. You will be working as part of a small team of two, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Raising of site Purchase Orders
- Processing of invoices (associated with Purchase Orders)
- Assistance with preparing payment notices
- Inputting payment notices / invoices on IFS (our accounts system)
- Assistance with cost reporting
- Reconciling and chasing of client payments
- Liaison with the site team on related matters
- Ad hoc financial administrative support as required.

**What do I need to be successful in this role?**
- Experience working in an administrative role and strong organisational skills
- Previous experience working in a Finance Team is desirable
- Any experience working in the facilities or construction industries would be advantageous
- Knowledge of accounts payable systems and processes would be advantageous, however training will be provided on the existing system IFS.
- A relevant qualification would be advantageous though is not essential.
