**Senior HR Advisor (12-month Fixed Term Contract)**
**£29,085 per annum**
Sefton’s leading care provider, New Directions, is now recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor based at Head Office (Burlington House) in Waterloo, Liverpool.
We currently employ around 350 dedicated staff who pride themselves on delivering high quality social care and support to vulnerable adults within the Sefton area.
This maternity cover role is great opportunity for a HR professional who is looking to continue to develop their career. Working within a small, friendly and supportive team, your role will be varied and interesting.
This role will involve managing disciplinary, sickness and grievance cases, recruitment/ on-boarding and providing daily employment advice and support to managers and staff within the Company.
You must have the ability to build, manage and maintain internal and external business relationships.
